Nipika is a place you can enjoy numerous outdoor recreational activities, or do as little as you like. Wildlife surrounds us and it is common to view virtually all of the birds and animals known to the region.

To melt away the days aches and pains, a wood fired hot tub and a sauna are situated right on the pond's edge for those hardy souls that want to cool off!
