Greening Bay Cottages is a little haven nestled on the south shore of Lake Nipissing, just minutes from Callander and a short drive to North Bay, Ontario.

At Greening Bay Cottages, we offer year-round activities but our specialty is Ontario fishing.

Spring, Fall, or Winter fishing is the best in the area and we can help you find whatever catch you’re hoping for. Be it perch, walleye, northern pike or muskie, the south shore is sure to please.

We have several deluxe, newly renovated, spacious and immaculate cottages for rent which have a private deck with a beautiful view of the lake and scenic nature at it’s very best. These housekeeping cottages have fully equipped kitchens, full baths, comfortably furnished living rooms with TV/VCR, and fireplace. Bedrooms can sleep up to 8 guests, and linens are provided.

We also have a large trailer park with ample serviced lots, and a general store for your convenience.

Enjoy our sandy beach and a variety of free "on premises" activities such as volleyball, badminton, canoeing, paddleboating, nature walks, bird and animal watching. Shopping, golfing, and a variety of entertainment is just minutes away.

For those winter sportsmen, we offer fully equipped, heated ice huts with complimentary heated Bombardier transportation as well as quick and easy access to the many snowmobile trails. Snow-shoeing and cross-country skiing is also popular in our area with plenty of territory to explore.

Green Road Cottages

Green Road Cottages are located in Callander Bay on a picturesque lakefront property on Lake Nipissing, just minutes away from the town of Callander and the City of North Bay, Ontario, Canada.

All of our 11 well maintained and unique cottages have lake views and either have 2 or 3 bedrooms with individual barbeque and picnic areas. Our property has large green areas for activities and a beautiful shallow beach for safe children.

Our cottages are spread out over the property, have individual privacy and beautiful lakeshore views. All cottages have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave. cottages. Each cottage has TV & VCRs, as well as SAT TV. Updated interior decoration including linen and bedding are our newest feature.

Our property features attractive trailer sites and provides services for individual campers. We welcome pets but they must be kept on a leash at all times.
Enjoy fabulous fishing (boat and motor rentals available). We have a full service marina and dockage is available for your own boat.

Our sandy beach has safe shallow swimming areas (no drop offs) and a swim platform. Other outdoor recreation includes volleyball, badminton, children's playground and a large grassy area for all other activities. Paddle boats are free for your use and pleasure. In winter, there's snowmobiling and ice fishing. Ice fishing packages are available.
