The King Day Camp offers the thrill of outdoor adventure in the beauty of a wilderness setting. From outdoor wall climbing and high ropes elements to canoeing, kayaking, and mountain biking, an exciting choice of outdoor activities offer children the chance to have a great time while learning new skills.

There are eight different age groups that can experience outdoor activities; Mice age 4, Chipmunks age 5, Squirrels age 6 & 7, Badgers ages 8 & 9, Challengers ages 10 & 11, Explorers ages 12, 13, & 14, Voyageurs ages 14 & 15, Leaders-in-Training ages 15 & 16. Meal Plan, Busing, and Extended Camp Care options are available.

Winners Day Camps is for children ages 3 to 12 and is offered in the Ottawa & Niagara regions. Winners' offers a March Break Camp as well as Summer Camps from July 3 - August 31, 2007. Campers register on a daily or weekly basis, a perfect set-up for families on vacation in either Ottawa or Niagara!

Winners Day Camps offers cooperative games, sports, arts & crafts, drama, special events & many other exciting activities. Winners' employs only certified teachers as counselors. Everyone's a Winner at...Winners Day Camps!!

Pottery Painting Camp is a wonderful opportunity for boys & girls to explore their creative side while learning to design & paint functional pottery. Create lasting friendships, wonderful memories & beautiful ceramic pieces to take home or as gifts!

Daily projects will inspire fun & teach a variety of pottery painting techniques. Learn to use stencils, stamps & many more tools to paint fabulous masterpieces! All supplies & a healthy snack provided. All materials are non-toxic and food-safe. We offer Drop-in and Weekly Programs.

Bisque It is a fun & funky contemporary pottery painting studio where you can create fully functional, fabulous, personal pottery for your home or as gifts. Come unleash your creativity at Vaughan’s One-and-Only Pottery Painting Studio for All Ages. Bisque It is located at 9200 Weston Rd, Unit 8 in Woodbridge, Ontario.

Humber Arboretum Summer Day Camps

The Summer Nature Day Camp at Humber Arboretum operates on a one week, nine-day, and two week basis Monday to Friday. Daily programs are geared to specific age groups ranging from 5 to 12 years. These specialized nature programs ensure a high level of activity and interest for each participant.

This summer, give your child the opportunity to develop a lasting appreciation for the natural environment.
Camp activities include:

Second City Summers - Summer Youth Programs at The Second City

Know some kids who’d like some Second City silliness? Through July and August our three day camps run Tuesday through Thursday 10am - 3pm. All week long teen & youth camps are from 9am-4pm Monday to Friday.

We offer 3 summer camps for teens & youth (10-18 yrs)...

* Character Boot Camp - explore characters and physicality through character
* Story Boot Camp - learn the importance of story and narrative within your scenes
* Improv Games Boot Camp - explore the game of the scene

Our camps consist of improvisation taught by talented, experienced Second City instructors. Through active, fun improv exercises, students develop listening and communication skills, build on teamwork, and reward each other with a good dose of hearty laughter – all within our creative and safe studio environment. Youth & Teens are welcome to take as many camp sessions as they would like - the fun is ever-changing

The Second City has launched the careers of countless actors, writers, directors and producers, and has influenced American and Canadian comedy like no other theater. Our summer programs attract students from all over the country and abroad.
