Pine Lake Camp

Pine Lake Camp is set amongst the tranquility of nature's best. Located near Port Loring, on quiet Pine Lake on the Wolfe River, we have access to the major snowmobile trails that run from North Bay to Parry Sound and Sudbury to Haliburton.

We provide the perfect gateway for you and your family, or group, to indulge in your favorite winter pastimes. In addition to great snowmobiling, you can enjoy cross country skiing and ice fishing at Pine Lake Camp.

All our cabins are newly renovated and our Matthews Lodge is a newly built 1200 sq. ft. cottage that can sleep 12 guests. All cabins have full kitchen facilities, a 2 or 3 pc. bath, deck, and barbeque. For large groups, you can have your own chef.

Lost Channel Inn offers housekeeping cottages, hunting cottages, and camping on beautiful Lake Kawigamog near Port Loring, Ontario. Just a short, scenic, 3 1/2 hour drive from Toronto, Lost Channel Inn is the perfect spot for a family summer holiday, or an unequalled hiking or canoeing trip.

Our housekeeping cottages feature fully furnished bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. A walkout patio provides a beautiful view of the lake.

Hunting cottages are spacious with many sleeping arrangements for even the largest groups. Our scenic trailer park is right by the water. Hook up your trailer or raise your tent and relax.

Lake Kawigamog and adjoining waterways provide over 40 miles of serene, scenic boating excitement and endless canoeing and portaging adventures.

There's great fishing too. Pickerel, Pike and Bass are lurking in our waters just waiting for you. Boat & motor rentals, docking, supplies, seasonal dock slips, and winter storage is available.

Relax by the water, at your campfire, or in our hot tub or wood-fired sauna, or take a walk and explore the miles upon miles of groomed and wild walking trails in the area.

We have a fully licensed dining room offering a regular menu, daily specials and complete meal plans, and our General Store is stocked with all your vacation needs.

Falcon's Lair Resort

Falcon's Lair Resort is a small family run resort located 15 minutes from Port Loring, in Golden Valley, Ont., just one hour south-west of North Bay. We offer 5 modern 2 and 3 bedroom cottages. A mile off the beaten path, right on the lake, you will enjoy the tranquil setting of our fully equipped, spotlessly clean cottages and grounds.

Each cottage is located on or within very close proximity to the lake, but far enough away from each other to ensure your privacy. All cottages offer a 3 pc. bath, fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and radio, 2 or 3 bedrooms, propane BBQs, screened in porch with a beautiful view and table and chairs.

Enjoy a variety of recreational opportunities including: badminton, volleyball, croquet , bocci ball, children's playground, horseshoe pits, fire pits (wood provided), various books and games, paddle boats, swimming (from the shore, rocks, or docks, no beach), water slide, high diving board, boating (boat rental or private boat dockage), fishing, and common deck area for sunbathing/socializing at the central dock.
